Director People and Culture

Location:

Göteborg, SE, 405 08

Position Type:  Professional

Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

At our plant, we build fantastic trucks – but it’s our people who make it all possible. This is a place where we grow stronger together, where winning as one team is part of our DNA. To continue raising the bar for our customers and ourselves, we invest in what matters most: people and leadership.

The People & Culture function is at the heart of that ambition. Now we’re looking for a new Director P&C to join our management team and help us lead the way forward.

The role.

As Director People & Culture, you’ll drive the people agenda in close partnership with our operations. You’ll lead a skilled and engaged team covering both P&C and Health & Safety. Together, you’ll support leaders in areas such as organizational development, change management, sourcing, labor relations and employee engagement – all with the goal of making us better, every day.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced P&C professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for people. You thrive on change, believe in collaboration across functions, and enjoy being close to where things happen – to our trucks, and to our people. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on drive, and you’re confident navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

You lead with integrity, curiosity, and a desire to challenge yourself and others. You understand Lean, value Gemba, and know how to turn insights into action. You’re fluent in Swedish and English and hold a university degree in HR or similar experience acquired by other means.

Why join us?

This is more than a role – it’s a chance to shape how we work, lead and grow. The future is ours to create, and in this role, you’ll be a key part of making it happen.
