The Strategy and Digital Transformation management team drives the Volvo Group’s digital agenda by aligning business strategy, technology and organizational capabilities. We support the Volvo Group CDO in setting the strategic direction for Digital & IT, transforming how we work and enhancing our organization capabilities, to drive the Digital & IT community forward. We orchestrate the development of outcome driven plans, aligned with strategic goals, and steer the execution of strategic programs. We build key relationships with external partners, that enables sustainable value creation across the Group. 
With expertise in digital strategy, transformation management, and emerging technologies, together, we ensure that Volvo Group remains at the forefront of digital evolution - responsive, resilient, and future-ready. We like to be ahead of the curve, tackling complex challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a shared purpose.

•    Leading Change and Transformation: Experience guiding large-scale strategic initiatives, with a practical and hands-on mindset when it comes to bringing strategy to life.
•    Program Management Know-How: A solid foundation in program management, with a growth mindset—learning from past experiences and using them to continuously improve.
•    Strategic Facilitation Skills: Confidence in facilitating discussions at the executive level, with the ability to simplify complexity and help teams move quickly toward solutions.
•    Storytelling with Impact: A talent for crafting compelling and insightful stories that connect ideas to action—especially when communicating with executive audiences.
•    Engaging Communication: Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders, with a style that builds trust and encourages collaboration.
•    Industry Awareness: An understanding of the Volvo Group is welcome, and experience in digital-first organizations is a great bonus.
•    Business-Driven Thinking: An ability to see the bigger picture and connect business needs with Digital & IT goals in meaningful ways.
