What will you do:
At Advanced Engineering & Platform Studies, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will take part in the development of new transport solutions aimed at enhancing customer productivity and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of innovative transport solutions aimed at enhancing customer productivity and sustainability.
- Driving the development of future vehicles architecture, system development, and transport efficiency.
- Leading advanced vehicle development from analysis and scoping to the handover of technical solutions in the early phase.
- Collaborating closely with other product architects and product owners across GTT.
- Leading cross-functional working groups to identify and implement innovative solutions to future challenges.
Your future team
We are a team of ten Product Architects with different backgrounds. We are working with both major advanced vehicle development projects and transport efficiency tests running at our customers. Here we get the chance to combine conceptual studies with hands-on builds.

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Heavy-Duty vehicle product development and leading projects or development teams.
- Education: M.Sc in Engineering
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial vehicles, including vehicle components, systems, architecture, and integration.
- Collaboration Skills: Known for "making it happen" through excellent collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Action Orientation: Readily acts on challenges without unnecessary planning or guidance.
- Engagement: Drives engagement by making each team member feel their contributions are important.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.
