The department Financial Processes & Analytics belongs to Truck Offer & Sales Support along with another seven departments, Price Management, Sales Support Existing Offer, Commercialization New Offer, Product & Driver Information, Product Offer Structure, Sales Process Management and Used Trucks Operations.

The Financial Processes & Analytics Department plays a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and streamlined financial operations across the organization. By driving advanced analytics initiatives and improving financial processes, this department helps maintain an edge and bolsters the company's strategic goals.

What you will do?

As a Financial Process Manager, you will be working cross functionally within Volvo Trucks and contribute to the success of the commercial organization by providing domain expertise and improved efficiency. You will gather business requirements, carve out a vision and strategy for the financial processes and prioritize and validate development.

 

Your will be a cornerstone in our change journey and coordinate the process development and optimization as well as provide know-how and financial expertise in the rollouts of Truck Sales Process (TSP).

 

You will have direct contact with different markets, sales areas and other departments and assist other team members with expertise to improve and secure long-term efficiency. You will manage and communicate with a global financial stakeholder community, provide support and drive change management.

 

Being a part of the Financial Processes & Analytics department, you will also contribute with financial insights in analytics and reconciliation.

  • Degree in business/finance or 5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong communicator and skilled in presenting
  • High proficiency in English both verbally and written
  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience from financial controlling, financial processes and/or accounting
  • Preferably experience in working with business processes
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and a financial mindset
  • Customer focus and service minded
  • Goal and business result oriented
  • Organized and strategic mindset
  • High Proficiency on Office 365 tools
  • SAP knowledge is a merit but not a prerequisite
  • Power BI knowledge is a merit but not a prerequisite
