Global Process Manager is a critical component of the department and plays a key role in implementation of the Volvo Buses strategy. The role is responsible for Global implementation, development, and management of our processes. You will handle management of improvement initiatives triggered by Buses Executive Management where you will follow up our corporate strategies and policies. In your role you will also drive permanent or temporary management of global processes following our process map development plan. 
 
What you will do
At Volvo Buses you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will drive initiatives implementing company’s strategy with focus on customer and sustainable profitability. 
•    Support Process Owner, improving process performance based on business needs and strategies.
•    Design and develop ways of working in compliance with governing policies and directives in the Volvo Group
•    Management of improvement initiatives following corporate strategies and policies.
•    Drive change management.
•    Coordinate workshops.
•    Maintenance and Support to Management System.
 
Your future team
In the role of Global Process Manager, you belong to a small team with wide responsibilities. You will be part of a team with extensive knowledge and overview of Volvo Buses strategy and processes which provide you to learn, develop and grow.

In this role, you will bring:  
•    Competence of building the Business Project Management.
•    Knowledge of organizational structure and culture, organizational change technique. 
•    Business process governance and process policy management. Business process modelling, analysis and design and knowledge of establishing methodology toolbox. 
•    5 to 10 years of work in commercial/industrial organizations. Preferably in a leading role. 
•    Understanding of commercial vehicles E2E business.
