At the Verification & Validation department, we are now looking for a Group Manager Verification & Validation and Fleet Management to join us in our journey to secure customer success.


In this position you will be a member of the Verification & Validation Management team and will report to the Director Verification & Validation. THIS IS HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Your team’s primary mission is to develop and manage the Complete vehicle Verification and Validation (V&V) strategy for our new products and services, and ensuring we have an optimized and relevant test vehicle fleet to support these activities. By adopting a proactive risk management approach, your team, together with the project team, will identify the necessary V&V activities to effectively mitigate potential risks.


Your team will also be responsible for managing the V&V project budget, identifying necessary resources, and estimating associated costs for executing the V&V plan. Together, you will manage the department work backlog, coordinate PI-planning sessions, drive retrospectives, and continuously enhance our ways of working.


Your new team will consist of highly skilled V&V Project managers, Test Object Managers and Feature leader Reliability with diverse backgrounds, and you will be on top of defining how to achieve the best work situation with them. Your role is to provide a collaborative working environment and cultivate passion, trust, and transparency through clear communication. You will build, grow, and lead a world-class team by developing a culture of learning, through coaching and career development. As our next leader, you will also set the roadmap and objectives for your organization and act as servant leader to get your team there.

WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in this position we believe you have a Master of Science in Mechanical engineering or similar, have several years of experience from leading people, proven track record within Verification and Validation and Project management. Experience within reliability, digitalization and PI-planning is also an advantage.
