We are looking for an inspiring leader with a positive mindset who will lead one of our teams, “Electrical Workshop & Prototype Harness Manufacturing”.
As a Group manager you will lead a team of 15 highly skilled electrical mechanics working with electrical installations in prototype vehicles and wiring harness manufacturing.

We are looking for a positive, delivery focused professional with a high interest in creating and maintaining networks.
We believe that you are a driven person who naturally takes initiatives and is passionate about leadership. You have a keen interest and knowledge in vehicles together with a genuine interest in people development as well as building high-performing teams.
You are highly delivery focused and have passion for building and nurturing strong networks and relationships across the company.
We believe you bring
• At least 3 years of experience leading people.
• Proven co-operation skills and high ability to work cross functionally.
• A good understanding of preparation and breakdown of electrical documentation and drawings.
• Experience working with electrical systems in vehicles and with traction voltage systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
