Did we catch your attention? Welcome to Volvo Group Enterprise IT Security, where you will join the Cyber Threat Protection Management function within Active Cyber Defense! Our primary responsibility is very simple: proactive threat prevention. We identify and define effective security measures and controls -supporting with providing visibility where it matters most to enable proactive threat prevention - while orchestrating, steering, and overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of these measures in partnership with our key stakeholders.
What you will do
At Cyber Threat Protection Management, your primary responsibilities are focused on IT Security Baselines. In this role, you will lead and contribute to identifying and defining measures to ensure adherence to compliance, supporting enhancing visibility where it matters most in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, while measuring and reporting metrics on risk and compliance. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for providing advice, guidance, and support for the implementation of appropriate controls and measures to mitigate risks, ensuring a high level of security.

Hard skills
- Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining IT security baselines, including the use of technical tools and methodologies to enforce compliance and monitor adherence to security standards.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF).
- Experience with leading automation activities for baseline enforcement using configuration management tools (e.g., Microsoft Group Policy, Ansible, SCCM).
- Skilled in documenting and updating IT security baseline controls to reflect evolving security threats and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret and apply various compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF) to develop tailored security baselines for diverse IT environments.
- Experience in collaborating with IT operations, leading and guiding development teams to integrate security baselines into system deployment and maintenance lifecycles.
- Experience with auditing and reporting tools for ongoing monitoring of baseline adherence and generating compliance metrics for management review.

Location
We are looking for someone to join our local office in Gothenburg, Sweden. You are required to work from the office for this opportunity.
