So - what are we looking for in this specific role?

As the third-level digital support lead for our Energy Management Systems (EMS), you'll play a critical role in supporting the complex needs of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products in fast-moving energy markets. Your work will ensure operational excellence, from incident resolution to process development and performance tracking.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating major digital incidents (P1 & P2), including root cause analysis and communication during outages or crises.
  • Developing and maintaining support processes, documentation, and training materials to share knowledge across teams.
  • Overseeing SLA-related budgeting, resource planning, and KPI follow-up.
  • Supporting commissioning activities, planning maintenance, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with development teams.


The position includes responsibility of support processes, and as such on-call availability during set support hours will be part of the agreement.

Qualifications likely required to be successful 
•    Experience developing IT support processes, working in support organizations and establishing SLAs.  
•    An IT or digital background, preferably with experience working in the Microsoft Azure environment. 
•    Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills combined with a drive to work with other people to solve problems. 
•    A strong interest in technology and a curiosity to always learn more.  
•    A “boots on the ground, get the job done” attitude. 
•    Fluency in English, written and spoken. 
•    A strong bonus is to have knowledge in the areas of:  
-    Energy management systems (EMS) or electrical infrastructure 
-    OT Networks and Connectivity 
-    Building training materials and conducting trainings 
-    Cyber security, data management and modern integration technologies. 
•    University education relevant to the position: electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, Data, Informatics or equivalent.
