Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
What you will do
Background:
The User Experience department at Volvo Penta focuses on the user experience of product interfaces as they are used in real‑world operation.
To support ongoing projects, we need structured UX research that connects user needs to product decisions. This LIA will focus on synthesizing existing research material and turning it into clear impact maps for selected Volvo Penta segments and products.
LIA objective:
The objective of the LIA is to synthesize existing research material using modern research tools, including Google Deep Research Enterprise, and translate insights into clear and structured impact maps. These impact maps will define aim and scope, measure points, user behaviors, user needs, features, and required capabilities for selected Volvo Penta segments and products. The work will also support validation of these impact maps in active projects. The LIA is research‑focused with a strong emphasis on synthesis, structure, and practical applicability.
