We are now looking for a Senior Machine Learning Tech Lead to drive innovation and lead technical excellence in our Machine Learning initiatives.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will take a leading position in the development of advanced machine learning systems that enable safe and intelligent autonomous driving. You will be responsible for designing and scaling robust models for perception, prediction, and decision-making—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with real-time ML performance in safety-critical environments.

As a technical leader, you’ll guide a skilled team of ML engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship while setting the technical direction for our ML initiatives. Your role will be highly collaborative, working across software, hardware, product, and safety teams to ensure our solutions align with business and operational goals.

With a keen eye on the latest advances in deep learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion, you will evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art methods, all while establishing best practices for model development, deployment, and lifecycle management in autonomous systems.

What We’re Looking For

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on ML.
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data pipelines, and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
• Proven track record of deploying ML solutions in production.
• Strong experience in perception and prediction systems for autonomous vehicles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through complexity and ambiguity.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation.
