The Marketing & Media Analytics role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing and media activities across the full-funnel. The role is responsible for optimizing the Marketing Media Mix (MMM) by providing actionable insights*. This role delivers actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and support data-driven decision-making within the Marketing & Communications team. The role requires collaborating with Digital & IT and channel owners/experts to ensure actionable insights for the digital-owned channel as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital marketing and media analytics by establishing and continuously optimizing dashboards and analytical tools that support decision-making and provide clear insight into how marketing and media objectives are achieved.
- Implement and maintain the data foundation required for marketing and media analytics, including tracking, measurement frameworks, and data driven ways of working across channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and media campaigns across all channels (paid, owned, and earned), and translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and media mix efficiency.
- Leverage media monitoring as a strategic enabler by turning media visibility and performance signals into actionable insights that support communications effectiveness and optimization.
- Own reporting and follow up of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Support campaign planning through data driven forecasts, scenario analysis and post campaign evaluations to inform future optimization and investment decisions.
- Align closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency and correct implementation across tracking and analytics tools.
- Drive efficiency and scalability within marketing and media analytics by leveraging automation and advanced analytical solutions where applicable.
Requested Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and hands on experience working with marketing and media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics platforms and advertising platforms.
- Proven proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding, with experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio or equivalent solutions.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPA and ROAS, and how these metrics drive optimization decisions.
- Experience with campaign tracking, UTM parameter structures and tag management to ensure accurate and consistent measurement across channels.
- Ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to data quality, accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis.
- Experience in B2B marketing analytics is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working with AI and/or machine learning based automation solutions within marketing or analytics is considered a plus.
