This is us, your new team

Welcome to Digitalization & IT team from Tuve! We are a collaborative, curious, and value-oriented group working closely with production, logistics, engineering, and business units to unlock digital potential in a company where change is gradual and budget-conscious decisions are the norm. We value open communication, resilience, and practical innovation over flashy quick wins.

Main activities and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore and shape innovative Industry 4.0 applications, such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and data management, to bring measurable value to production, logistics, and business processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and enhance business processes, conduct value stream mapping and gap analyses, and propose practical, cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will act as a facilitator of change by engaging stakeholders across different departments to build alignment and foster a digital mindset. You will create and manage small-scale pilots or proof-of-concept projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring that the learnings can be scaled. In parallel, you will contribute to shaping product-oriented digital strategies that thoughtfully balance long-term transformation with immediate operational needs.

Throughout the process, you will communicate progress, challenges, and insights clearly, engaging leadership and leveraging data to support decision-making.

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial graduate with strong interest in AI and digital transformation. You thrive in environments where patience and resilience are required to drive change, and you are comfortable working with low digital maturity operations while inspiring others with new possibilities.

We believe you bring a strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for applying data and AI to solve business problems. You are someone who takes initiative, works independently, and drives projects forward despite obstacles. Your ability to navigate uncertainty with adaptability and a clear focus on value creation is one of your strengths.

An inclusive and collaborative attitude, along with strong facilitation skills, are essential to bring stakeholders together effectively. Your curiosity and eagerness to understand the complexities of vehicle manufacturing are key assets. You have strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a simple and understandable manner. Perseverance and resilience are necessary to drive transformation in a slow-changing, budget-conscious environment. You are a creative problem-solver with a practical mindset, balancing innovation with cost constraints. High energy, curiosity, and a drive to learn and grow within a global manufacturing context are important.

Required knowledge/experience:

  • Understanding of agile methodologies and product-oriented work.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and business process mapping.
  • Comfort with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maximum two years of previous full-time working experience, prior to or after graduation. Work during studies are not included.
