We’re Looking for a New Colleague: People & Culture Partner – Sweden, Volvo Group Digital & IT

We are the People & Culture team at Volvo Group Digital & IT in Sweden, a group of curious, committed, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about creating a workplace where people and leaders can truly thrive. And have some fun along the way!

What you will be doing

Drive People & Culture processes and ensure we keep a solid foundation in the area where you will be responsible for.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and teams, supporting with everything from organizational development to change management, employee engagement, well-being, compensation and benefits, etc

Develop your skills in data analysis and use insights to support strategic decision-making.

Be part of a local P&C team in Sweden and connect with our global community to align and evolve together as one global team.

You will engage in dialogue with our union partners, fostering mutual trust, transparency, and collaboration.

You will work as a generalist, and you will have a specialist area where you deepen your knowledge within People and Culture.

Who You Are

You might be a generalist, a specialist, or someone who wears a bit of both hats — what matters most is your mindset and approach. We think you will enjoy this role if:

  • You are passionate about people and culture
  • You feel confident in coaching leaders, facilitating dialogue, and navigating complexity with clarity
  • You have experience of the Swedish HR landscape
  • Experience from working as P&C Partner in another organization at Volvo Group is an advantage
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English
  • You believe in continuous learning — for yourself and others
