We are looking for a Perception Software Engineer with expertise in radar technologies to join our team and help shape the future of autonomous transport systems.

What you will do

You will contribute to the transformation of the transport industry and society at large. You will develop high-performance perception algorithms, focused on radar; lead analysis to understand and improve the system performance and design new solutions in both algorithms and architecture.

You’ll be part of a passionate team of expert C++ developers, collaborating in a dynamic environment that fosters creativity, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Who are you?

We believe that you are a team player who has a structured approach and is eager to learn new things. You also have a master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics or similar. You have several years of hands-on experience in C++ programming. Your background includes working within perception software or sensor fusion, with a strong focus on radar. We consider Embedded SW or Machine learning experience valuable.

In this role, you will bring the following knowledge and practical experience:

• Automotive Radar SW development
• Modern C++ (C++20 or later)
• Ubuntu (used as a development environment)
• Docker
• Compilers (gcc/clang)
• Debuggers (gdb)
• Modern CMake (3.x)
• Tools for linting and code analysis (clang-tidy, cppcheck, address sanitizer etc.)
• Scripting in Python 3.x and shell script
• Gtest and Pytest frameworks
• Continuous integration pipelines in general and GitLab/GitHub in particular

On top of the main tools and technologies mentioned, it is meritorious to have experience such as:

• SW Verification in automotive / trucks environment
• Broader knowledge in areas such as robotics, computer vision, state estimation, or signal theory.
