Process Manager for Operational Excellence, Electromobility

Volvo Groups’ Electromobility organization has grown immensely, and we are now adapting to take the next leap by transforming the business. The function has a truly purpose-driven leadership and together we drive Electromobility transition based on cutting-edge engineering and state-of-the-art research within the Volvo Group. We are determined that a foundational and operational model change is necessary, and we are expanding with a Process manager to help us drive and accelerate our journey.

As a process manager, you will have the responsibility to: 
Develop and contribute to core processes for Electromobility in line with our development processes. You will lead development of processes and secure successful implementation. Alongside with driving process development initiatives, you will support and be a sounding board to the organisation in how to work with process development. You will be instrumental for Electromobility’s ways of working and represent Electromobility in different cross functional forums and communities of practice.

You will identify improvement areas and set up plans for continues improvement. Drive efficiency improvement projects and continuous improvement within Electromobility.
Secure stakeholder involvement within the organization for all activities, build and maintain a strong network within Electromobility and with peers in the Volvo Group.
 
Requirements
•    Master of Science or similar university degree or equivalent in experience
•    Previous experience of process development in a global product development organization
•    Strong project management skills, preferably from automotive industry 
•    People management and leadership skills
•    Great skill in collaboration and stake holder management
•    Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels
