The Vehicle Motion Management (VMM) team is dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions in vehicle motion control, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity for next-generation transport. Passion for delivering motion control solutions that are safe, sustainable, and innovative is valued. The aim is to earn customer trust and make a meaningful impact on society. Fundamental vehicle control features such as retardation, stability, and traction are safeguarded. Pioneering new vehicle dynamics dimensions to enable high-level control functions and create customer value is a priority. 

 

The VMM SIL team is dedicated to the development and verification of simulation models for Vehicle Motion Management (VMM). Our primary focus is on creating and maintaining Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) environments that facilitate the testing and validation of various vehicle control systems. We collaborate closely with the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) team to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional requirements and fault injection testing. Our work involves developing test cases, analyzing test results, and maintaining the infrastructure to support accurate and efficient verification processes. By leveraging advanced simulation models, we aim to enhance the quality and reliability of vehicle motion control systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration and effectively guiding teams toward shared goals. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery. To be successful in this role, we believe that you have the following background/qualification:

 

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar degree with relevant engineering experience
  • Extensive experience in test development using AutomationDesk
  • Advanced knowledge of Python programming
  • In-depth understanding of vehicle dynamics and control systems
  • Proven experience with Jenkins for automation pipeline development
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment
