We are looking for new colleagues within our business area BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

What you will do

Step into the role of Sales Engineer and become a key player in shaping our customers’ energy future! In this position, you’ll bring your expertise in BESS solutions and digital tools to the forefront, working hand-in-hand with our sales team to craft tailored solutions that meet unique customer needs. Your insights won’t stop there—you’ll also feed valuable customer data and feedback back to our development teams, helping us innovate and refine our products.

As part of our collaborative sales engineering team, you’ll share a strong foundation of knowledge while specializing in areas like grid connections (TSO/DSO requirements), ancillary service markets, or the dimensioning of transformers and switchgears. Every day, you’ll engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, adapting your communication style to connect effectively with each audience. Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more fields: electrical and site design, grid connections, revenue streams for BESS, energy production, energy management or other relevant fields.
• You are a natural leader and will coach your colleagues within your area of expertise.
• Manage complexity, analytical and technical skills to bring optimal customer solutions.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written is advantageous.
