What you will do
As a Sales Representative for BESS, you will contribute to the transformation of our company. You will play a central role in developing and strengthening our Battery Energy Storage Systems business.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will also support sales execution by translating customer needs into robust and competitive technical solutions.
You will work in close cooperation with Volvo Energy colleagues across sales, engineering, and project management. Together, you will develop our offer, present tailored solutions, and build long-term customer relationships that support sustainable growth within the energy sector.

Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:
- Technical background, preferably within energy systems, renewable energy, solar energy, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Proven experience in selling technical products, solutions, or projects, preferably within the energy sector
- Experience from the renewable energy and energy storage market is considered a strong merit
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written is advantageous
- Strong ability to understand complex technical solutions and clearly communicate their business value to customers
