The Team:
Our team specializes in Security, Network, and Service Development, where you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable Android solutions. As a senior member of our agile teams, you will influence architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-performance, secure, and maintainable software throughout the entire development lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
As a Senior Back-End and Android Developer, you will:
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Android applications and services, utilizing advanced design patterns and architecture principles.
- Architect and implement innovative features for Android Automotive, mobile, and tablet platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within your team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and backend developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of Android and mobile technology trends, evaluating and integrating new frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to defining and evolving the architecture and technical standards for Android solutions across the organization.
- Engage in automated and manual testing strategies to ensure robustness and quality of deliverables.
Who are you?
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Android development, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Kotlin and Java, with extensive experience in Android SDK, Android Automotive, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Android architecture components, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with modern development tools and practices, including dependency injection (HILT, Dagger), reactive programming, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with security best practices, network protocols, and integration of third-party APIs/services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, guiding teams, and influencing architectural decisions.
