What you will do
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you play a significant role in shaping the future of IT solutions and digital initiatives within the Embedded SW domain. Your mission involves identifying requirements and improvements around our cloud environments and container platforms, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and strategies, assisting team members and other application teams to migrate and optimize their workloads to the Cloud, while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and security. Alongside Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers, you will co-create highly scalable and high-performance software, engaging closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.

Core Platform Area (CPA) Software & Diagnostics is a function within Technology. It has the ambition to identify and execute new digital initiatives, supporting embedded software handling, in tight collaboration with our customers, as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into digital products
Together with our digital talents, we work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the stakeholders outside the team.

Your Background
You have expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), vulnerability management, and security automation. You have deep knowledge in Docker Container platforms (OpenShift, AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
You also have a particularly good knowledge of networking (Azure, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure (firewalls, API gateways).
Experience with SW Development, TDD, and .NET framework is also a plus.
