We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help build a stable, scalable, and modern software factory.
You will play a key role in designing and operating CI/CD frameworks, automation, and DevOps processes that enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our delivery ecosystem. You’ll design, implement, and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines and frameworks, ensuring that builds run reliably and that artifacts are delivered efficiently. Your work will span the full toolchain as you integrate applications and services into seamless, end‑to‑end workflows.
A big part of your mission will be to drive automation—building event‑driven, orchestrated pipelines and championing containerization and modern deployment practices. When build or deployment challenges arise, you’ll troubleshoot effectively and optimize performance to keep delivery running smoothly.
You’ll also help define and promote version control strategies, support teams throughout the deployment process across multiple environments, and contribute to shaping DevOps standards and best practices across the organization.
Essential experience:
- Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- We have a plan to migrate from our current Gitlab to Github environment this year. So, such experience is very helpful
- Proficiency with Docker and container-based workflows
- Solid scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Strong Git knowledge and experience with collaborative workflows
- Prior experience as a software developer
- Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- Linux and Ubuntu
Beneficial experience:
- Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs
- Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
- Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of Build and Version controlled management systems
