What you will do
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, visually consistent interfaces for both web and mobile experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested and maintainable code following modern development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, focusing on load times, responsiveness and overall user experience.
- Implement and manage state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit or similar libraries.
- Partner with backend engineers to ensure smooth data integration and cohesive full-stack workflows.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to maintain application stability and reliability.
- Contribute to and influence frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability in large, long-term projects.
- Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Who are you?
Senior Frontend Developer who has minimum 8 years of IT experience and has deep expertise in React and TypeScript to design and build high-quality, performant web applications. You will play a key role in driving front-end architecture decisions, ensuring design consistency and mentoring other developers. This role requires strong technical proficiency, a focus on user experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across design and backend teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Reselect, etc.).
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Demonstrated success contributing to large-scale, long-term frontend projects.
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and guide others toward technical excellence.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to .NET environments (not mandatory).
- Experience working with Telerik controls or other enterprise UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment workflows.
