The Position
As Solution Architect, you will take on the responsibility to details the solution based on business need. We want you to drive our digital agenda of our cloud ERP environment and future technologies like IoT. You should be able to convert the epic to business feature.
You manage IT integration solutions using relevant platforms, support services, methods, and guidelines. You need to have the ability to design solutions/systems following modern patterns such as citizen features like orchestration, watchlist, IoT and different UDO’s features. From a technical perspective you will be working with the ERP system JD Edwards towards Volvo Penta. This position will expose you to many different business stakeholders as well as other architect and also the IT delivery. Your task will be to translate from the business stakeholders into the different layers in business with the correct acceptance criteria.
You will be part of a global team where you will be driving analysis and architecture in portfolio pre-studies and act as Lead architect in prioritized initiatives.

Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
- Several years of experience as Architect/Business Analyst in an international environment.
- Relevant university degree, Bachelor or higher.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP or similar).
- Have experience from order and distribution area.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and bridge Business and Tech.
- A curious mindset to understand and work on all layers of a solution or service stack, from the presentation layer down to the infrastructure layer.
- A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus.
- Capability to drive and lead a technical pre-study of an initiative.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
- Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen.
The location for this position is Gothenburg, Sweden. This is a hybrid work model and you will be required to be on site at the office a few days per week.
