Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines technical understanding with deep business insight and knows how to bridge the gap between the two. You have hands-on experience working close to the business, identifying needs, and transforming them into digital solutions that truly create value.
You are adept at translating business challenges into clear, actionable requirements and guiding development teams toward successful outcomes. You understand how to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence—seeing the bigger picture while ensuring every detail fits. You are a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, who knows how to listen, connect, and inspire. You take ownership of results and always keep the end user in focus.
Mandatory Skills & Experience

Proven experience (multiple years) as a Solution Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on translating business needs into digital solutions.

Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers).

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for our international environment.

Experience working with major business-critical IT systems such as ERP or large COTS/SaaS solutions is highly advantageous.

Experience with end-to-end Manufacturing processes is a strong benefit.

We are looking for someone to join our local team in Sweden, Gothenburg. You are required to work from the office for this role - in case you are applying from another location please state if your are considering a reloation in your application.
