What you will do
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Special Projects Principal to join our Strategy & Digital Transformation team. The role requires a business leader with a proven track record in leading large-scale high-impact initiatives with minimal guidance.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading or contributing to mission-critical programs with high level of uncertainty, complexity and senior stakeholder involvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met and high-quality results are delivered.

- Leading change and transformation: Experience guiding complex initiatives, with a practical and hands-on mindset.
- Problem-solving skills: Finding solutions where others see problems.
- Business-driven thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and connect business needs with Digital & IT goals in meaningful ways.
- Concept-building skills: Ability to make sense of large amounts of information, conflicting needs and priorities, and translate it into actionable concepts and solutions.
- Program management know-how: A solid foundation in program management, with a growth mindset and advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Engaging communication: Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders in a style that builds trust and encourages collaboration.
- Industry awareness: An understanding of the Volvo Group and preferably experience in digital-first organizations.
