Who are we, and what can we offer?  
At Product Safety & Certification, we support the Group Trucks Technology organization Product Safety and Certification topics, as well as conducting internal audits.  


As Strategy and Product Cyber Security transformation manager you will have the responsibility to drive the Product Safety & Certification strategy forward in coordination with the management team as well as coordinating the product Cyber security audits activities and network and support the management team with the digital transformation.    


The position reports to the VP Product Safety & Certification and is a member of the PS&C management team. In the position you will support the complete organization with strategic work and digital transformation activities. The work also includes setting up and driving Cyber Security activities cross-functionally, support the team with product cyber security expertise and plan the product cyber security audits.   


Main responsibilities & activities:   

  • Lead a cross-functional team to manage the product cyber security audit scope, including preparation and execution of audits, while providing cyber security expertise and driving solutions for identified issues.  
  • Drive the strategic agenda for the Product Safety & Certification management team, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure alignment and effectiveness.  
  • You will play a crucial role in identifying and driving digital transformation activities. 


Who are you?  
We are looking for a person with a positive mindset, interest in learning new things and an energy to lead change. To be successful in this role you need to have a project manager profile with good knowledge and solid experience within the automotive industry, within cybersecurity and automation/AI. We also believe that you have a Master of Science in engineering or similar education level. 

It is beneficial and a merit if you have some certification understanding as well as experience from working within Volvo Group.
