UX Lead at Logivity
Logivity is a spin off from the Volvo Group, offering digital solutions to the transport industry. We're bringing a next-generation, open platform to the logistics market, designed to transform the industry by addressing inefficiencies and promoting sustainable transport solutions.

We are now searching for a UX lead to join our newly founded company where we use start up mentality and an innovative mindset to create real change in the transportation industry.
As a UX lead at Logivity, you will be an important part of the company´s future success. In this role you are expected to lead and manage the user experience design process. As we are a small company, it will also be your responsibility to create wireframes and prototypes and you will be directly involved in design tasks.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, such as product owners and business leaders, to define the overall UX strategy and goals for our digital products. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the user experience design aligns with business goals and technical constraints
From time to time, you will also conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and preferences. To articulate design decisions and advocate for the user’s perspective, effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
We would love to see that you have at least 5 years expertise in user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and project management. Preferable you also have experience from the logistics industry and are familiar with the challenges that a transport buyer face.
In addition, you enjoy working in small dynamic teams where you innovate and drive digital acceleration. We expect you to be curious by nature and question the ordinary. You are a team player with great communication skills, action oriented with delivery focus, and you have a can-do attitude.
The position is based in Gothenburg and to apply for this position you need a valid Swedish working permit.
