Your future team

 

Within Group Tucks Purchasing, Vendor Axle Transmission team is recruiting a VIE Commodity Buyer for a 13 months contract, starting September 1st 2025. 

 

Our Vendor Axle Transmission team is different passionate and driven colleagues as Commodity Buyers, Project Buyers, Segment leader, managers, and manager assistant, it includes many different nationalities located in Lyon, France and Gothenburg, Sweden.  Our work is structured around various commodities:  Gearbox for bus, trucks, medium duty trucks, diesel and gas engines, retarders, power take off, hydraulics pumps.  These are mechanical parts involving electronical systems.

 

What you will do


•    Monitor, identify and mitigate risks in cooperation with Supplier Quality & Delivery team.
•    Drive all relevant activities to deliver on QDCFTSR* targets.
•    Perform supplier negotiation and contract management.
•    Contribute to segment strategies & Build sourcing case presentation.
•    Sustainability Acumen
•    Perform daily purchasing activities related to production orders, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers.
•    Support product/processes changes
•    Strong ease with IT software (pack office, ERP...)
