Your future team
Within Group Trucks Purchasing and the Supply Network Resilience & PM department, the Crisis & Risk Management Team is looking for 3 VIEs, for a 13th months contract in Gothenburg, starting September 1st 2025.
What you will do
As a VIE Risk and Crisis Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our risk management and crisis response efforts. You will work closely with our risk management team to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and assist in developing strategies to manage crises effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging field while contributing to the safety and resilience of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential threats to the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on emerging risks and global trends that could impact the company.
- Participate in the crisis management.
- Support the coordination of crisis response activities during incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk management coverage.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk assessments, incident reports, and response plans.
Who are you?
- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree project management, Business Continuity, production management, lean manufacturing or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in risk management, crisis management, or a related area is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Eligible for the VIE program as per Business France’s requirements (aged 18-28, European Union citizenship).
