In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic goals within the Volvo Group Ecosystem, contributing to the innovations that will define tomorrow’s transport solutions.
You will:
- Manage purchasing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure project objectives are meeting the procurement strategies with regards to cost, quality, features and timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and challenge cross-functional teams to secure the best terms and project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout the procurement process.

You will join a diverse team of 24 colleagues located across three countries: France, Sweden, and India. We believe collaboration and teamwork are key to creating sustainable, long-term success, and you will work closely with engaged professionals in a global context.

Exceptional communication skills will be your key to successfully engage with our diverse, global group of professionals and driving our shared strategic vision forward in a dynamic context.
- Purchasing background (experience in procurement, sourcing, or similar)
- Competencies with Excel and ideally with PowerBI
- A true team player who thrives on collaboration and mutual growth. You are skilled at building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Big drive and willingness to challenge existing ways of working. You have a strategic and innovative mindset and possess strong business acumen.
- Comfortable working in uncertainty and able to drive progress in evolving situations.
- You communicate and ensure proper alignment proficiently
