What you will do
As a VIE Project office, Risk and Crisis Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our risk management and crisis response efforts. You will work closely with our risk management team to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and assist in developing strategies to manage crises effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging field while contributing to the safety and resilience of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential threats to the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on emerging risks and global trends that could impact the company.
- Participate in the crisis management.
- Support the coordination of crisis response activities during incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk management coverage.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk assessments, incident reports, and response plans.
Who are you?
We are looking for you how have recently completed your Master’s degree in project management, business continuity, production management, lean manufacturing, or a related field. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex information.
You communicate clearly in English and feel comfortable presenting insights to different stakeholders, while staying calm and effective when priorities shift.
You also have:
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you are eligible for the VIE program (EU citizenship, aged 18 to 28).
- Previous exposure through an internship or project in risk management, crisis management, or a related area is appreciated.
- Additional language capability is aslo a plus.
