About Us :

 

You will belong to a team that works with project/program and portfolio management within Vehicle Technology, located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The team leads the major Software/mechatronic architecture projects within Vehicle Technology, coordinates the portfolio intake and governance of the projects. You will be reporting to the group manager for Portfolio & Solution Management at Portfolio Management & EE Architecture within the BASC function (Business Development, Architecture, Services and Connectivity) that has a framing responsibility for complete Vehicle Technology.

What’s in it for you?

As a Vehicle Technology Process Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful deliveries of complex solutions across our organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimising processes, facilitating key activities and representing Vehicle Technology in various teams and committees. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our projects forward and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. 

 

Your key responsibilities will be :-

 

  • Facilitate Vehicle Technologies’ reference group for way of working topics
  • Act as a Vehicle Technologies’ representative in various committees and groups, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions
  • Manage and optimise various processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee product documentation and contribute to governance implementation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Act as trainer and coach. Lead initiatives that foster continuous learning and development within the organization, develop training material, give trainings and coach
  • Upon need, also take on the role as Project manager/Epic owner for product development projects, thereby getting deeper insight into our way of working and improvement potentials

 

You will have direct contact not only with the different development streams within Vehicle Technology but also if needed, interact with other functions within Group Trucks Technology.  In this role, you will report to Catharina Lindberg - Group Manager Portfolio & Solution Management.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have the following experience and qualification:-

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Formal training in project management (for example: PMI – PMP), Agile methodologies and frameworks (SaFe Framework)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, requirement tools, digital visualization tools etc
  • Experience in managing complex development projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in Hybrid Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing agile methodologies at scale
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive consensus among diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level planning and decision-making processes
  • Passion for teaching, coaching and sharing our way of working to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions
  • Understanding of software ecosystems and technical processes, with the ability to engage with technical teams and stakeholders
