Reporting to Hanna Ljungqvist, SVP Marine Business Unit, you will lead a management team of experienced leaders, empowering them to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will be focused on building a high-performing, collaborative, and people-centric team, where expertise is valued and innovation thrives.

In this role, you will inspire and develop leaders within the PSMM department, fostering an environment that encourages exploration of new technologies and business models. You will champion our offering and solutions plan to accelerate business growth, profitability and securing a world leading market position of fully integrated sustainable power solutions.

Opportunity

• Lead the Volvo Penta marine offer into the future by keep evolving Product and Solution planning, M&A, and Sales Engineering Marine.
• Lead portfolio and scenario planning and budgeting to ensure our plan is effectively leveraged for both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Represent business in RnD projects, setting and balancing targets and feature levels.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric development, positioning Volvo Penta as a leader in sustainable marine technologies.
• Drive alignment with existing subsidiaries for total offer and the M&A agenda through strategic partnerships, or targeted acquisitions
• Lead development within sales engineering to drive customer engagement, delivering secure software solutions that support customer vessel development.
• Conduct Customer Clinics to demonstrate our offerings and get direct customer feedback to make sure we have the best offer in place for the marine industry.
• Actively contribute as a senior member of the Marine Management Team, continually seeking innovative approaches to enhance collaboration, sharpen Volvo Penta’s competitive advantage, and deliver impactful results in the development of next-generation marine solutions.
