직무의 개요 및 역할
- 사업본부의 비즈니스 활동과 관련된 총괄 리더로서 해당 지역의 트럭 판매에 총 책임을 진다.
- 사업본부의 차량 판매 목표를 달성하기 위한 전략을 수립한다
- 해당 사업 본부 외에 지역부 및 지역부에 소속된 영업 컨설턴트 인력을 관리한다
- 고객 불만 해소 및 고객 만족도 증대에 기여한다
- Private Dealer를 지원하고 주요 KPI를 관리한다
주요 직무
- 판매목표 관리 : 차량 판매 목표를 달성하기 위한 전략수립 및 실행
- 수익성관리 : 책임지역의 차량 판매 대한 수익성 관리
- PD 관리 : Private Dealer 지원 및 주요 KPI 관리
- 고객관리 : 기존 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 발굴 관리
- 고객만족도 관리 : 고객만족도 목표를 설정하고 높은 수준의 고객 만족도 달성 관리
- 고객불만 관리 : 책임 지역의 모든 고객 불만 사항을 적극적으로 해결
- 브랜드 이미지 관리 : 차량 브랜드 이미지 개선 노력
- 인력관리 : 책임지역의 인력 관리-사업본부, 영업네트워크
자격요건
-학력수준 : 대학교 졸업자로 경영학 또는 공학계열 전공자
-경력수준 : 영업관리 또는 서비스/딜러 관리 부문 15년 이상 근무자
필요지식/기술
- 사업운영 : 사업 운영 및 재무 관리 능력
- 조직개발 : 영업/서비스 네트워크 개발 및 인력관리를 위한 지식과 기술
- 의사소통 : 한국어와 영어로 의사 소통 능력
- 조직관리 : 조직의 대처능력과 대처능력 개발
- 사고방식 : 고객 중심 및 결과 지향적 사고방식
- 역량개발 : 직원들의 역량 강화를 위한 코칭 및 역량개발
