Regional Invoicer – Volvo Trucks & Buses
Location: Glasgow (Cardonald) / Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime required (paid at time and a half)

An opportunity has arisen for Regional Invoicer to join our busy and fast-paced service department. You will play a key role in ensuring all workshop activity is accurately costed and invoiced in a timely manner, supporting both customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process job cards, ensuring all labour, parts, and subcontracted work are correctly recorded.
- Produce accurate and timely invoices for all workshop jobs, including service and repairs
- Raise invoices for retail, trade, and fleet customers in line with agreed terms
- Process manufacturer warranty claims and service contract work in accordance with Volvo guidelines
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries from customers and internal departments
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with audit and VAT requirements
- Support credit control by highlighting overdue or disputed invoices

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, or a similar role (motor trade preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially at month-end
- Good IT skills, ideally with dealer management systems
- Understanding of VAT and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
