What you will do
Job Summary:Process releasing trucks, miscellaneous adjustments, submitting funding, research, and resolving discrepancies.
Core Responsibilities:
• Process releasing truck invoices in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Process miscellaneous truck adjustments, issuing debit and credit notes including
repurchased vehicles
• Prepare additional documents for delivery
• Distribute daily reports for trucks shipped from factory
• Provide customer support in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Review and analyze aged receivable accounts to identify potential risks and provide risks
analysis reporting.
Who are you?
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of Financial Policies and Procedures related to truck billing as defined by Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures and Internal Control
- Systems Proficiency – Experience with various invoicing and truck billing systems, particularly SAP, Dealer Facing System
- Attention to Detail – Ability to review and analyze invoices and statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products etc, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum Education Required:
- AA/AS in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 1 year experience in accounting or truck billing
Physical Requirements:
- Office-Based Role – Standard office environment with occasional collaboration across teams
