What you will do
If you would you like to join an exciting and challenging position as a member of the Volvo Trucks North America National Accounts sales team then this may be the position for you! We’re looking for someone who can help drive significant business growth in the challenging National Account sales channel with current and prospective major account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve business growth targets for conquest and mega fleets by closing new/additional business
• Develop and maintain long term relationships between Volvo Trucks North America and key major account customers
• Manage NA customer assignments and necessary revisions
• Oversee and coordinate Volvo’s marketing initiatives to conquest customers
• Engage appropriate internal VTNA departments and resources to identify issues and proactively assure satisfactory closure through follow up
• Manage team’s progress with assigned customers
• Assist executive management with strategic and tactical input in overall direction as required
• Navigate internal obstacles to build business in NA channel
• Lead work with remarketing team for NA business
• Help manage pricing/GP strategy
• Help develop/manage/revise NA growth strategy
Who are you?
You will hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 10+ years sales and or account management experience.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge:
• Proven experience in driving business growth and achieving sales targets, especially in the context of large, complex accounts or fleets
• Experience working with a remarketing team to drive business in the North American market
• Ability to leverage Volvo’s brand and marketing resources effectively to attract new customers

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base salary range is set at $143,565 to $177,345, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
