Position Description

The Engineering Graduate Program (EGP) is a global 12-month program where you are offered the perfect mix of on-the-job learning and diverse training modules. You will get the chance to use your technical and creative engineering skills while gaining valuable experience working with real products on genuine business topics.
Besides your manager, who will guide and support you in your daily job, you will have a supportive network of peer graduates, colleagues across the globe and senior leaders to help you excel. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will from you.
You will have the opportunity to travel across the globe, exploring different sites, markets and collaborating with people from several nationalities. This is a full-time position, and you will be given a motivating hands-on role, working in a diverse, international, and cross-disciplinary environment.
The Engineering Graduate program starts in August 2026, and the position will be located in Greensboro, NC.

What you`ll be doing:
As an Associate Engineer, Mechatronics, you will have the opportunity to work directly with braking and air management systems on class 8 heavy-duty trucks.
Your Mission:
- Responsible for functional growth and maintenance of braking and air management systems
- Serve as a member of a global cross-functional team to secure delivery of complex systems with complete lifecycle responsibility
- Braking and Air Management parameter release and verification
- Support hardware in the loop (HIL) integration and verification
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support system troubleshooting
Requirements:
- M.S. degree strongly preferred in one of the following fields: Data Science, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Economy, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Design Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems or similar
- Graduate(d) between December 2024 and May 2026
- Maximum of two years’ working experience prior to or after graduation
- Fluent in English and have an international mind-set
