  • Build a scalable program architecture (assessments, core curriculum, action learning, coaching, and peer networks) that enables consistent quality while allowing business-area relevance.
  • Define success measures and track impact (capability uplift, engagement, succession readiness, and business performance indicators), using insights to continuously improve and scale across the region.

Learning Design and Delivery Experience

  • Own and oversee end-to-end learning design and delivery in the region, ensuring high quality, relevance, and scalability.

  • Foster a strong network of regional trainers, subject matter experts, and learning partners.
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned with Volvo Group values and leadership principles.
  • Act as a role model for inclusive leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Operational Excellence & Results

  • Accountable for strategic, operational, and financial KPIs for the region.
  • Ensure consistent governance, quality standards, and compliance within Volvo Group policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and process optimization.
  • Balance global consistency with regional agility and execution speed.
