About the role

The Intern: Continuous Improvement Project Analyst will support process improvement, project coordination, reporting, and business development activities across sales, payment solutions, and commercial operations. This role is ideal for a college student who is interested in business process improvement, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The intern will work with internal stakeholders to help document current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, support reporting and dashboard development, and contribute to initiatives that improve team efficiency and business performance.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities
•    Coordinate with sales team functions to document, build, and maintain process flows and process maps.
•    Partner with the Payment Solutions team to support project development, tracking, and execution.
•    Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that align business strategy with team development and operational effectiveness.
•    Support the development and maintenance of commercial reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking materials.
•    Help gather, organize, and analyze business information to support decision-making.
•    Support promotional activities in partnership with the Business Development Manager.
•    Prepare presentation materials, project updates, and process documentation for internal stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential solutions.
•    Assist with ad hoc projects related to sales operations, payment solutions, reporting, and business development.

Who are you?

Qualifications
•    Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and must have a Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
•    Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
•    Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across functions.
•    Detail-oriented with an interest in process improvement and problem solving.
•    Ability to maintain professionalism when working with internal stakeholders.
•    Self-motivated and eager to learn in a business environment.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
