What you will do
Are you interested in how connected technology, customer experience, and sales strategy come together to shape the future of the transportation industry? Join our team as a Service & Solutions Sales Intern and support a role that’s responsible for developing and executing sales strategies.
You’ll gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that spans product development, marketing, field sales, and dealer engagement—supporting innovative services like connected vehicle technology, uptime services, and service contracts.
The Fall internship dates are August 18th to December 12th. This internship will be located onsite in Greensboro, NC.
Who are you?
As an intern, you’ll work alongside the Service and Solution Sales Manager and Regional Connected Services Managers to support strategic and tactical initiatives, including:
- Supporting the development and organization of sales and marketing materials for internal and dealer use
- Helping coordinate and document dealer focus meetings, VOC sessions, and cross-functional workshops
- Contributing to the planning and execution of onboarding support and training content
- Assisting in the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure success of service and solution sales
- Supporting Salesforce data cleanup and workflow improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, training, and customer experience teams
Essential Skills and Required Experience Skills and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and speaking.
- Ability to tailor communication style based on the platform and audience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high professionalism and ability to build relationships
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
- Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of and use of Power BI
- Quick learner and innovator when facing new difficulties
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Applicants must be pursuing a business or marketing degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the intern program
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Fall interns may work up to 30 hours per week

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
