We are excited to announce that we are hiring an Intern Technical Writer and Trainer at our Greensboro location. This role will work directly with the Technical Support Training Manager to develop and maintain technical reference documentation and training procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
• Collect and publish information from multiple resources
• Maintain the department SharePoint knowledgebase
• Process updates and revisions to existing information
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for case management
• Connect with the technical support team to evaluate team needs
• Develop training sessions of various modalities
• Assist the technical support team in answering cases as needed

Intern Education and Program Requirements:
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have completed 30 semester hours prior to starting internship
• Automotive/Mechanical experience is preferred
• A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 is required
• Experience in technical/professional writing is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) highly is recommended
• Fall interns may work up to 30 hours per week

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
