We are excited to announce that we are hiring an Intern Video Editor and Training Content Developer at our Greensboro location. This role will work directly with the Technical Training Support team to develop a library of software, application, and business tool training videos. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical demonstrations and discussions into professional, on-demand learning resources that support onboarding, employee development, and knowledge retention.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts
  • Capture, edit, and publish software demonstration and training videos
  • Develop video scripts, outlines, and supporting training materials
  • Coordinate review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
  • Create visual graphics, callouts, and other supporting media to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Assist with documenting software processes and tool functionality

Intern Education and Program Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have completed 30 semester hours before starting the internship
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro for video recording, editing, and publishing
    • Portfolio, demo reel, or examples of video editing work must be submitted with application
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong written communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to independently develop content from interviews, demonstrations, and technical discussions
  • Spring interns may work up to 30 hours per week
  • Must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
