Intern Wholesale Operations (Summer 2026)

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit security perfection documents including UCC filings, PMSI documentation, and lien searches.
- Review and verify floorplan funding packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with VPS process improvement projects including documentation, analysis, and workflow updates.
- Support identification of process gaps and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Help prepare reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Audit, Credit, and Legal.
- Maintain audit readiness materials and assist with internal control documentation.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75
- Summer interns may work up to 40 hours per week
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with data and learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Power BI is a plus.
