What you will do
As Product Manager, you'll lead multiple development initiatives, including our roadmap and portfolio work. You will be organizing our Agile PI planning and backlog refinement, ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration. You will work with sales and marketing to secure our business and customer focus is aligned with our technology strategies.
Your mission is to deliver value continuously while overseeing project deliveries from an electrical and software perspective. You will shape strategic initiatives, balance technology-driven propositions and stakeholder input, and manage evolving customer needs in developing the product roadmap.
You will drive budget and portfolio planning in our department and represent EEVC department in local and global decision forums. In addition, you will functionally lead a team of experienced engineering product owners with deep domain expertise.
Your future team
The Electrical Engineering and Vehicle Connectivity (EEVC) department delivers systems, hardware, and software for Mack and Volvo Trucks in North America. We collaborate closely with global development teams to provide market-specific solutions.
We manage everything from product roadmaps to quality and maintenance, delivering cutting-edge technology and driving innovation. You'll be part of a transformative engineering organization dedicated to an excellent work environment.

You'll be part of the Greensboro EEVC Leadership team and will report to the Chief Engineer and head of department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in one of the following Streams - Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science or equal.
- Experience of Project/Product management or relevant Technical Leadership.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software, hardware and system development, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAFe Agile Way of Working and mindset is a plus.
- Strong networking abilities adapt to a multicultural environment.
- High customer and business focus.
