Mission/Purpose of Job
The primary objective of the Remarketing Inbound Manager is to efficiently manage and process inbound assets acquired through our Remarketing department. By acquiring trucks from our valued customer/partners and reselling them to new clients, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing asset value and championing sustainability by extending their lifecycle. Your keen eye for detail ensures we pay the correct amount for trucks and resell them at optimal values. You'll be the driving force behind tracking invoices and inventory, coordinating seamless transportation, and generating insightful sales and inventory reports. All while optimizing inventory turnover and boosting revenue generation. Join us in delivering high-quality, reliable products and making a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
· Create and process buy packages per Volvo accounting procedures promptly.
· Audit truck payment values.
· Ensure accurate inventory pricing and asset details.
· Track inventory for KPI compliance (days in inventory).
· Schedule transportation for inventory as needed.
· Create dealer agreements, provide invoices/titles/releases timely.
· Resolve invoicing issues between dealers and Volvo Group.
· Track invoice payments and titles; coordinate title transfers and dealer reassignments.
· Support Remarketing Director with inbound/sales activities.
· Reconcile pending and sold inventory.
· Provide backup for dealer monthly sales reporting.
· Maintain pricing matrix for incoming trucks.
· Backup Asset Managers for end-of-term return processes.

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
· Bachelor's Degree preferred and work experience will be considered
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
· 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle industry
· 3 years customer service experience
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office (outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Power BI knowledge is bonus
