The Sales Process Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, clarity, and innovation within Volvo Financial Services’ sales processes. This role combines Salesforce administration, data stewardship, and process design expertise to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and enable data-driven decision-making.
Core Responsibilities:
• Configure, customize, and provide user support for Salesforce in a sales environment to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs
• Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across Salesforce and related systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights
• Act as data steward, establishing standards and ensuring reliable data usage across the organization
• Represent the sales function in IT projects, providing business requirements and validation for system solutions
• Analyze, design, and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and enhance customer experience
• Partner with stakeholders to map processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements
• Coordinate sales process projects by working with cross-functional teams and adjusting plans as needed to fit systems and organizational requirements
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to ensure scalability and sustainability of processes
Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months from start date.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to lead, deliver, and sustain process-focused initiatives with strong preference for experience within sales environment.
• Strong collaborative style with the ability to build consensus and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Skilled in influencing without authority to drive adoption of change.
• Experience representing business needs in IT projects and system implementations.
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs to align sales activities with strategic priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and measurement.
• Experience with AI tools or applications considered a plus.
