What you will do
As a Senior Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Engineer, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative driver-assistance solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and engineering capabilities, driving the creation of cutting-edge ADAS features that enhance vehicle safety, convenience, and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders, to define the product roadmap and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ADAS features, aligning with overall business goals and market demands.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and customers, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Agile Product Management: Own and prioritize the ADAS product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with the development team through well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Feature Development: Oversee the design and development of ADAS functionalities such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and parking assistance systems.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, software, hardware, and testing teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on time and within budget.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all ADAS features meet automotive safety standards, FMVSS128, including ISO 26262, ASPICE, and regulatory requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in validation processes, including simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and real-world vehicle testing, to ensure optimal system performance.
• Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the user experience by addressing pain points and continuously improving the performance and usability of ADAS features.
Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within the automotive or technology industry, with a focus on ADAS or autonomous driving systems.
• Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensor integration (Radar, cameras) and algorithms for object detection, sensor fusion, and control systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Passion for automotive innovation and a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in ADAS.
• Experience with testing tools such as MATLAB, Vector CANoe, or equivalent.
