We are seeking a skilled, well-rounded and motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to be proficient in building and handling integrations at scale in a modular fashion, with a strong understanding of MVVP architecture to encourage separation of concerns and a clean, modular architecture 

 

A few responsibilites include: 

 

  • Lead the design and development of new software features and functionalities in collaboration with the product owner, data analyst and architecture team, with a strong emphasis on user experience, scalability, and performance optimization to ensure that the final product meets both business objectives and user need effectivly  
  • Write clean, testable, scalable code using .NET programming languages  
  • Develop complex detailed front end application design. 
  • Identify and communicate technical risks, and propose mitigation actions. 
  • Participates in estimation and planning of development, deployment, and operation activities 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT Services processes, methods, and business processes  
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment 
  • Able to design, develop, and test integrations end-to-end 
  • Capacity to identify patterns in the data and come up with software constructs to handle those patterns 

 

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience on large scare enterprise-wide applications. 
  • You have experience working with ASP.NET MVC using C# and front-end technologies like React or Angular or Blazor. 
  • You have a good understnding of domain driven design and clean architecture. 
  • You have extensive experience using SQL in data query and extraction operations. 
  • Familiarity with core Azure concepts and basic usage of the most used storage types like Storage Accounts and Key Vaults 
  • Experiance with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for managing access to resources 
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript in the context of Apollo Server and general software development 
  • Knowledge of core React principals including component-based architecture, state and props management, and lifecycle methods 
  • Experience with React Hooks and also Experiance in the testing of React components incorporating usage of mocks, stubs, and spies 
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling including Vite and Webpack  
  • You have knowledge on how to work with S.O.L.I.D principles. 
  • A growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies. You are resilient and are used to live in a changing world. 
  • Motivation to contribute not only to project/product team’s success but also to the growth of our Chapter team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.  

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with the Neo4j Aura or Desktop Graph database systems including Cypher query language and browser navigation 
  • Experience with the Databricks Lakehouse architecture and the usage of Notebook and cell management, Dataframe management, and the Neo4j Spark connector 
  • Solid Python programming skills, including scripting, data handling, and automation

For this position, the base pay is set at $111,100 - $137,200 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
